My Apricot Pitter
I made 4 batches of apricot jam in about 1 hour on Sat. I was only able to accomplish this because I had a proficient apricot pitter. Charley stood at the sink for about 30 mins. & pitted most of my apricots. I could not believe how efficient she was. I have a video that I am going to post of her working. She was so adorable. What a helper!!

She looks pretty adorable. It's hard to believe that she would handle that task for so long. Give her a big hug for me.
